Live Video Sessions are VERY exciting and useful.

Read about Key Benefits of Home Tribe Video Sessions:

  • Parents get to seamlessly book and pay for video sessions with you by the hour

  • Educators get to accept and join video sessions in your bookings tab

  • Both educators and parents never have to leave the Home Tribe platform to join the video session

  • You are free to stay on your call longer than your original session time.

(additional video session charges may be applied to time overages.)

How Video Sessions Work:

  • When a parent books a one-on-one or group live session with you, they will send you a booking request. The parent will not be charged until you accept their pending request in your inbox.

  • Log into your Educator Account and navigate to your inbox.

  • Click on your inbox. Navigate to your pending bookings in your teachings tab.

  • You will now be able to accept or deny your teaching request.

  • When you accept your booking request, you will see the booking info, along with the Join Video Call button 15 minutes before your session starts.

  • When it is time for your video call, simply join the call, and your video session window will pop up.

  • You will not be prompted to leave even after your original video time is up. Feel free to stay on the call for as long as you like, however overages may apply.

Cheers,

The Home Tribe Team
