When a parent books a one-on-one or group live session with you, they will send you a booking request. The parent will not be charged until you accept their pending request in your inbox.

Log into your Educator Account and navigate to your inbox.

Click on your inbox. Navigate to your pending bookings in your teachings tab.

You will now be able to accept or deny your teaching request.

When you accept your booking request, you will see the booking info, along with the Join Video Call button 15 minutes before your session starts.

When it is time for your video call, simply join the call, and your video session window will pop up.

You will not be prompted to leave even after your original video time is up. Feel free to stay on the call for as long as you like, however overages may apply.
